Dairy Automation Ltd. (DAPL) was founded in 2010, the main purpose of it was to introduce automation into existing production processes in India. Over time DAPL has gained enough experience to implement projects of any complexity and today actively cooperates with and supplies equipment for companies such as Lactalis and Amul in India as well as abroad.
The company specializes in the field of cheese making equipment, starting from the milk receiving units and ending with the cutting of finished products, all the main components, as well as software, are developed by DAPL independently. From the range of DAPL products one can order both a turnkey production line and individual components, such as separators, multi-circuit CIP utnits, cheddarizers, pressing columns, automatic mold washers, cheese presses, as well as modern ultrasonic cheese slicers of fixed weight. Today DAPL has more than 300 employees, 25 of whom are highly specialized developers and programmers. The company has many implemented projects on its account. In addition to the equipment DAPL also has a division for the production of microperforated molds and has a technology that only LAUDE can match. Our representative office in Smolensk can also provide wooden shelves for storing and maturing cheese.
